Which data we process, for how long and for what purpose:

If you only use our website, i.e. if you do not transmit any other information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you visit our website, we collect the following data:

Purpose and legal basis:
The purpose of processing is to make it technically possible to access the website and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis for processing is the protection of our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in the purposes just mentioned.

Duration of storage:
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. We store IP addresses for seven days in order to be able to trace misuse.

Contact form:
On our website we offer you a form that you can use to contact us electronically. In this case, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and processed. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If the message is sent via the contact form, the following data will be processed: date and time, transmitted data. Consent is obtained for the processing of the data before it is sent and reference is made to this data protection declaration. You can of course also communicate with us via the email address provided. In this case, the personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be processed.
The data will only be processed to enable the processing of your request. The legal basis for processing the data is your consent. The data that is transmitted to us in the course of sending an e-mail is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest. If you contact us with the aim of concluding a contract, processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. The data specified in this subsection will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected. This is the case when the respective contact has ended. The contact is over when your concern has been resolved, for example by answering your questions.

Integration of Google Maps:
We have integrated Google Maps, a map service provided by Google Inc., on our site in order to be able to show you maps. Through the integration alone, no personal data about you is collected by Google. If we process personal data about you, you have the right to information, correction or deletion under the respective legal requirements with regard to the personal data concerning you, as well as
to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us, for example to the supervisory authority responsible for us, the Lower Saxony State Commissioner for Data Protection.

Security:
In cases where you send us personal data, we offer you the option of transmitting the information in encrypted form. This encryption values the confidentiality of the data exchange between you and our web server and helps to prevent misuse of the data, for example through eavesdropping. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) as encryption technology. This is a recognized and widely used technique.
