Functional training exercise pool / warm water gymnastics

The warm water gymnastics takes place in small groups of up to 6 people under the guidance of a therapist. Water aerobics is a special form of movement training in the water  Water temperature of 31°C. Our pool has a depth of 1.30 m, should it be too deep for you there are steps in the water available. Due to the buoyancy of the water, the strength and coordination exercises protect the joints and strengthen the muscles and the cardiovascular system.

Aqua-fitness

 

A full body workout in the water with and without the use of equipment and with music. Endurance, coordination and strengthening of the muscles are achieved.

Medical training therapy MTT/ device training

The active training therapy on the device takes place with the help of the digital therapy assistance system YOLii . This system supports you during training by storing the training plan made for you on a training bracelet and guiding you through your training on the device. In addition, functional exercises with or without small equipment can be integrated into your training program.

step aerobics
 

This workout is a form of aerobic exercise in which you step onto and off a small platform (stepper). A coordination and endurance training with music.

Kurz BBP beinhaltet verschiedene Übungen für Kraft-, Ausdauer-, und Flexibilität. Der ganze Körper wird beansprucht und mit Hilfe von Eigengewicht und/oder Kleingeräten in einzelnen Übungen spezielle Körperteile trainiert.

In this group training, exercises from physiotherapy are carried out on the mat for targeted muscle building. The aim of this training is to relieve pain, increase mobility, train strength and endurance and strengthen coordination.

Eine Mischung aus Kraft-/ Ausdauertraining bringt dich bei lauter Musik an deine körperlichen Grenzen. 

Inhalte sind z.B. Tabata und Zirkeltraining mit Sprungelementen.
